An Oʻahu-based home renovation company, Sand & Sawdust was ready for a logo that reflected how far the brand has come. The refreshed mark centers on a circular saw blade that speaks to the company’s core service while also resembling a rising sun—a warm nod to its Hawaiian roots and easygoing personality. Clean, polished, and more grown up, the design is a natural evolution of the original, representing the company’s growth over the years. While the original wave symbol has been retired, its sense of movement and softness carries through in a custom, script-style ampersand, adding warmth and fluidity to the overall identity.
